Do I have a problem? Sometimes we are unsure if we are truly struggling with sexual integrity. Sometimes, men come to our groups and discover that they don’t really need to be there. Sometimes, they are long overdue!
L.I.F.E. developed this exploration section to help you determine if you will benefit from a sexual integrity support group.
Am I an Addict? This self-test is designed to rate your level of sexual integrity. Dr. Patrick Carnes, a psychologist specializing in sexual addiction recovery, developed this self-test. If you already know that you have a problem, please skip to the next step.

Resources. Along the exploration path, we will recommend resources that can further aid your understanding of certain topics or be of assistance to the restoration of ones sexual integrity. The Resources step on the path will summarize recommended resources.
Find a Group. The final step on the exploration path is the seeking out of a support group in your area. This is the most challenging step because it involves interacting with others regarding a very taboo problem. It’s ok – these groups exist for men like you, have men struggling with various issues, and are (usually) facilitated by men that have been where you are right now.
